直線壓縮機(jī)驅(qū)動電機(jī)功率因數(shù)的分析

摘要:為了確保電機(jī)具有高的功率因數(shù)和良好的工作性能,通過理論計算和實驗研究分析了直線壓縮機(jī)驅(qū)動電
機(jī)功率因數(shù)的幾個重要影響因素,如角頻率比、阻尼比.數(shù)學(xué)模型包含了機(jī)械系統(tǒng),電磁系統(tǒng)以及壓縮氣體的熱力學(xué)系統(tǒng),為簡化計算,對該模型進(jìn)行了線性化處理.計算和實驗結(jié)果顯示,工作頻率和阻尼比是z*重要的影響因素.當(dāng)電機(jī)T作頻率位于機(jī)械系統(tǒng)共振頻率附近時,功率因數(shù)具有極大值,隨著阻尼比的增加,高功率因數(shù)區(qū)域變大.空載和帶負(fù)載條件下的實驗結(jié)果與理論分析基本一致。z*高功率因數(shù)都在0 96以卜

Power factor analysis of driving motor for linear compressor

Abstract:Main effect factors on the power factor of driving motor used for linear compressor were analyzedto ensure high motor performance,including radian frequency ratio and damping ratio.Linear processingof the mathematical model describing mechanical system,electromagnetic system and thermodynamic system was carried OUt tO simplify the calculation.Calculation and experimental results showed that operatingfrequency and damping ratio were the most important effect factors;the maximum power factor was ob—tained when operating frequency was near the mechanical resonant frequency;high power factor sectionwas enlarged with increasing damping ratio.The experimental results agreed well with the analytical solutions when the piston was with load or without.All the highest power factors were above 0.96.

直線壓縮機(jī)z*初用于空間技術(shù)中的微型低溫制冷機(jī),目前已在多方面得到應(yīng)用.韓國已經(jīng)將其應(yīng)用于制冷壓縮機(jī),開發(fā)r采用直線壓縮機(jī)的D10s(deluxe,intelligent,optimum and silent)冰箱1 I.由于直線壓縮機(jī)沒有曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu),活塞受到的徑向力和摩擦力都大大減小,壓縮機(jī)的整體效率得到了提高,電機(jī)的效率達(dá)到了92%口],直線壓縮機(jī)效率比曲軸壓縮機(jī)提高了20%oJ;另外直線壓縮機(jī)活塞的行程隨著輸入電壓的變化而變化,壓縮機(jī)的啟動和容量調(diào)節(jié)都很容易,因此電機(jī)頻繁啟動造成的啟動損耗也相應(yīng)減少.根據(jù)LG(Lucky Goldstar,目前是韓國第三大公司)的實驗數(shù)據(jù),300 I。的冰箱采用直線壓縮機(jī)電能消耗總體可以減少25%口].
